Not professional. I booked an appointment and gave my insurance also made sure to mentioned a referral is needed as previously I had delays due to referral and was told we will speak to your doctor and get it, if we need anything will let you know..to my surprise I walked in and they told me we called you to let you know we could not get your referral and when i checked my phone they called me 5 minutes before my appointment when I was there, when I mentioned they should called me earlier so I do not have to go to their location they mentioned they have to wait to day of visit for referral which is BS as a referral is valid for a year. moved my family to another provider. I advise EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE.

Doctor and all staff are very nice and professional! They take care their patients perfectly. Recommended for all!

i really not recommend to nobody this store visiting doctor didnt get the right prescription , i went with my son and both have a wrong prescribed diagnose or how to call , i got glasses and is not a prescription what i need i try to return the glasses their saying no worry is free insurance will pay , but is not free even if is free is not the dioptry i need is not for me i was waiting a week like their going to send to get the glasses with prescription their get from shelf and just saying wait just to look that wil take days till will prodiuce the glasses , terrible terible and in the end i was ask to be in touch with DOC to see the right prescription , sorry doctore will come next month and i was waiting for month for call and no one call than i need to go to other doct and prescribe other glasses , so even the insurance will know this issue their will stop paying anything to them , so dont waste your time .
