I love this glasses place. I've been coming here for years and the girls that work there are so amazing. They help with literally everything. When you go there get ready to have an amazing day. Roslyn is the best girl there. She's chefs kiss

I mean I just went in for an annual eye exam and I couldn't be any more happier. I was greeted by Rosalind and I must say there needs to be more people in the world like her. I was in and out the dr was extremely efficient and kind. I felt like I just wanted to hang out after my exam. Reading the negative comments on here has me baffled because I got the best treatment and service for a fair and reasonable price. Didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. Best experience I've had in a long time. I can't wait to pick up my glasses

Definitely not going there again. I picked a pair of glasses and when I went to pick them up they were a completely different pair than I originally picked. I ended up having to take them anyway because they were insurance glasses and because they make you sign paperwork stating they wont give returns or refunds. The only reason I gave an extra star was cause the lady helping me when I picked them up was nice. Still wouldn't recomment this place

Honestly, what could possibly be the hours for this place? On 4-5 occasions throughout the last year when I've needed to stop in, they've been unexpectedly closed. They've also given me different hours of operation over the phone than are reflected in the google listing. Be careful not to waste your time.

Always a great experience from great professionals. One new lady made me wait a while to pick out glasses while she did paperwork before assisting me. That's all I can say. She need to learn work ethic and prioritize accordingly.

Beware of the this place SCAM ALERT!! Last year I took my son to this facility to performed his annual check up. There were no extra or hidden fees at that time. And the check up went fine. Last week we both went for our annual and they refused to give me my results for my vision test and would not write the prescription out unless I gave them $30 per prescription. These people are only for the money. I have followed through with a full complaint of my insurance so that they can be investigated. There are no signs posted anywhere in there facilities, saying that they have changed policy and or what date policy did change. If You are thinking about going there, DON'T. go someplace and call them in advance to make sure that they too are not trying to scan you.

The three ladies at this office were super kind and helpful. Within an hour I had my eye and contact lens exam, and they helped me sort through the details of my insurance so I could order new contacts and glasses at a reasonable cost. The office is very clean and they are meticulous about distancing and cleaning.
