Eye Care Center of Rome

I have been going to Eye Care of Rome for 5+ years and each year the customer service gets better and better. Especially Ms. Erica! When I tell you she goes above and beyond she really does. She knows my style probably better than me. If she sees a pair of glasses she thinks I'll like she will text me and put it in my chart! Talk about top notch service! All of the girls at the front desk and opticians are fabulous each time I go in with questions that are all so nice. Doctor Pollards is who does my exams and she is also fabulous and so nice! I can't say enough about Eye care of Rome!

I recently have been struggling with a red eye and was unsure what to do or who to see. After a few phone calls to different places, Eye Care Center of Rome got me in the same day. They had friendly staff and explained everything in great detail. I was in and out very quickly, but my appointment was not rushed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye specialist!

My initial visit was wonderful. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. I was kept informed every step of the way! From making the appointment to each diagnostic assessment, my education and understanding was made a priority. Dr. Vinci was friendly and knowledgeable and patient with me as I could decipher between lens one or two at times. He went over options and took his time to clarify all questions I had. I left the appointment confident that I found my new doctor. Post appointment picking out glasses was relaxing and they worked with me and my insurance to find glasses that were stylish and affordable. I never felt any pressure to upgrade or buy anything i wasn't interested in. Overall, I'm grateful I found a new place I can trust to care for my vision and treat me well in the process. Thank you!

It's great to have local Dr.'s that utilize the most up to date technology to perform complete and thiurgh eye exams. The staff , ease of access and flexible scheduling are all a bonus. If you love your eyes, go here

Today's visit couldn't have gone any better. The eyedrops the doctor gave me worked amazing. My eyes feel better already. The staff were great, very friendly people!
