I had such a great experience here. I came in after losing a screw in my glasses, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. Then they carefully adjusted two pairs of my sunglasses so they fit perfectly, and now they feel like brand new. The service was attentive, precise, and very kind. The shop is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the help and highly recommend this place! Next Level Experience!! I have been coming to Optical Heights exclusively for the last several years for all my eyeglass needs. The experience just keeps getting better! Most recently I came in with a new prescription from an ophthalmologist I had seen elsewhere. The new glasses were perfect - except I couldn't see. The gentleman assisting me spent a ton of time with me to figure out what had gone wrong. He believed the new prescription had incorrectly written a PLUS in stead of a MINUS on one of the parameters. He took the time to contact the ophthalmologist's office and was still dissatisfied with their communication. He provided me with a free consultation with Optical Height's optometrist who confirmed the suspected mistake. The amount of time and effort from the staff is virtually unprecedented. If you are looking for a great selection of beautiful glasses, need an eye exam, or need anything else for your vision, this is the top of the line facility. The absolute best! Super professional and knowledgeable and they really take all the time you need without you feeling rushed. The selection of glasses is great! The in-house opthamologist, Dr Gulotta, is also amazing. Just can't recommend Optical Heights enough and I do very few online reviews.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. I came in with sunglasses that I took to multiple sunglass huts and Bloomingdale's telling me "they are not fixable" I came to optical heights and with in minuets John was able to repair my favorite glasses!! This is hands down THE BEST optical store around!
