You will never have a bad experience at this place. I've been here on and off over the years and they always do the right thing. We got glasses at BJ's several years ago and this place fixed the prescription. We tried another optometrist in Port, Washington and I never loved the frames so I came back here and as usual, they fixed it. I got an adjustment to my prescription and frames that I love. My 12 year old son just got his first prescription from a pediatric eye specialist and it wasn't right. I wasn't thrilled with that place so I brought him here. Dr. Tehrani quickly and correctly assessed what the problem was and changed his prescription. He got his new lenses the very next day and absolutely loves them. Plus, they didn't even charge me for the new exam. That's what I call excellent customer service! Will ALWAYS come here first in the future. And a special shoutout to Steve for his fantastic advice and help.

Kevin was incredibly helpful--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right frames. The glasses turned out great, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
Kevin actually helped me buy my very first pair of glasses years ago, and when I recently needed new ones, I knew exactly who to go to. I made a point to visit him while I was in town--and it was well worth it. He made the entire process seamless, including having the glasses shipped to me afterward since I no longer live in the area. He consistently kept me updated on timing, shipping, and followed up once they were delivered to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care and communication is rare and truly appreciated.

I am very happy with Roslyn eye center, and especially Kevin, who is a consummate expert at taking measurements and working with optic parameters to ensure progressive lenses work perfectly the first time. I say this as a someone who has been wearing progressives for over 25 years, and know how common it is for them to need to be remade, sometimes more than once, before they are wearable. The progressives Kevin made for me about a year ago were right the first time. I see better and more naturally than I ever have, with the specific lenses he chose for me.
I took my wife to Roslyn Eye Center about 3 months ago, to get her first pair of progressives. Before we went there, she was concerned they wouldn't work out and that she wouldn't want to wear them. Due to Kevin's expertise, her glasses worked great immediately, and my wife wears them happily every day. Like my pair, they were reasonably priced.

Such nice people! I was at the Starbucks across the street and accidently broke one of the nose pads on my reading glasses. I walked over to Roslyn Eye Centre and asked for help. They were so nice to me, welcomed me into their store and repaired my reading glasses in about 10 minutes! In fact, they replaced both nose pads for higher quality silicone and didn't even charge me anything (and I hadn't even bought my reading glasses from them). Needless to say I really recommend this place. The people and the energy are just really positive. I would gladly give them my business if I'm in the neighborhood and need eyewear. Thank you R.E.C !!
