I had the most incredible experience at this Pearle Vision! First of all, their flexible hours are a total lifesaver. I truly appreciate that they stay open late--otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get my glasses adjusted at all. From the moment I walked in, Julie was so warm and welcoming. I had tried adjusting my glasses myself at home (mistake ), and they were sitting terribly. Julie was incredibly personable, kind, and reassuring--she helped me without making me feel embarrassed or rushed in the slightest. And then there's Jason, who was absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and somehow managed to fix a pair of glasses that I genuinely thought I had completely ruined. His skill and confidence were so impressive, and the glasses now fit perfectly. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. Everyone was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. I cannot recommend this Pearle Vision location enough--they went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be coming back!

I had a terrible experience at this office--I would highly recommend to not go to this place or at least this location. In full honesty, the eye exam went great and was very quick. The billing part that followed after was terrible. The person in charge of ordering glasses/ contacts assured me that under my insurance plan the contacts would only be $60. I told her I wasn't sure about that and would have to check but she assured me that it really was only $60 under my plan and I should order that day to get them in quicker since I was fully out of contacts. So feeling a bit pressured--which is on me--ordered the contacts and paid $60. It took a week and a half for them to come in. I picked them up and still asked if it was only the $60 before using them, they said yes. I then began using them for a week when all of a sudden they called and said they made a mistake and i owed them $200 more. They had ample time and opportunities to double check how much I owed before I opened my contacts. Of course because I started using them I could not return. I made it very clear to the office the first time that I would not have purchased if more than $60 and they promised me it wasn't. I paid the extra $200 but I am feeling very scammed by this office. Do not listen to them, and go directly to your insurance before doing anything!

This Pearle Vision store in Roslyn, NY has an incredible staff, led by Wayne! The service is excellent, always ready, willing to answer any and all questions, concerns. And excellent taste in style and price advice! The selection of frames is wide and diverse and the atmosphere wonderful. Recommend for all your vision needs!!!

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The Asian woman seating at the second desk from the front door was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I came in to schedule appointments for my whole family, and instead of helping, she gave me attitude and confusion. She couldn't locate my appointment, mixed up the original time once she finally found it, and even scheduled one for my daughter at a time we clearly said we couldn't do. Her behavior was condescending - as if calling us "patients" somehow made her more important. It was unnecessary and unpleasant. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldn't be representing the business at the front desk. This office didn't used to be like this; the staff we worked with last year were kind and professional. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning.

Best Service in North Ameryka! I lost my glasses in the water... need it replacement ASAP as I came from Canada and could not drive whiteout it. I was served professionally by Julie and got my new glasses within 30 min. Very impressive! Thank you very much! You saved my vacation

My husband and I have been very satisfied customers of Pearl Vision in Roslyn for many years, and found the staff and doctors friendly, professional and patient. Which is why my visit today was a shock and upsetting. The fit adjustment was loose, uncomfortable, with the glasses sliding down the nose. The gentleman attending me was discourteous, inpatient, and arrogant in behavior and tone. I asked for someone else to take care of me as his rudeness was uncomfortable and embarrassing and very public. He then proceeded to spread the glasses wide to my dismay and said he was the owner, and has been doing this for many years and knows 'glasses are supposed to slide down the nose.' Conversely, I have been wearing glasses for 60 plus years, and know that does not make me comfortable constantly having to adjust/push them up onto my nose manually throughout the day. My current glasses fit perfectly, and I wanted the same fit for the new pair. He then readjusted them so tightly that the pads cut into my nose. It was then I noticed he had changed the original nose pads which were a high end gel to hard plastic without authorization. There was no point continuing with this unprofessional person, and walked out. Never to return. I have an identical pair for reading, and they fit perfectly as illustrated. The pair on the left are my current reading glasses, and the new/ruined pair is on the right. Note the elongated width and changed nose pads.

Brought my 8 year son in to get an eye exam after he told me he had difficulty seeing the Smartboard and working on his chrome book. I could not have been more impressed with the entire staff and their ability to make a child feel so comfortable and even excited about the need to get glasses. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and each staff member was compassionate and so willing to help; it's very obvious that they care.

What can I possibly say? This is the best Pearl Vision I have ever visited. Grace, Doreena and Julia all went out of their way to give my son and I kind, patient and top notch customer service. Dr. Gordon was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and thorough with her eye examinations. Julie processed our new eyeglass customer order and was equally exceptional in her knowledge, care and kindness. Grace was superbly professional and knowledgeable when delivering our brand new eyeglasses. I highly recommend Pearl Vision on Northern Blvd. in the Manhasset-Roslyn community for all of your vision needs. Again, Best Pearl Vision anywhere.
