I love Westchester Eye Doctors. Staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Great selection of frames in every price range! Their #1 priority is to make the patient happy and ensure they can see at their very best! I have recommended to several friends who all agree after their first visit!

I recently visited Westchester Eye Care and was very disappointed by the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt that my questions and concerns were dismissed with impatience and condescension. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping and acted as though I was inconveniencing them just by being there. It's unfortunate because I had heard good things about their doctors, but the negative attitude from the staff completely overshadowed the experience. Courtesy and respect go a long way in healthcare settings, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better training so future patients are treated with the basic professionalism and kindness everyone deserves.

I came here 2 yrs ago and received the WORST service. I selected a pair of $400 Gucci frames to order, but whenever I receive them, the quality was very low and did not look like the sample shown to me. The frame was bendable, the screws fell out as if I purchased a $20 frame. Although I purchased the glasses my insurance was still billed for frames. My prescription for my lenses were also filled incorrectly as I was not able to see out of them. I asked for polycarbonate lenses as I wanted THIN lenses as I've done for the past 20 years and received glasses that looked like Mr Magoo. I got a second opinion to ask why my lenses stuck and and were so thick and was told that Westchester Eye should have advised that with my prescription strength the lenses were going to show it's thickness and I should've been advised to select a different frame! I complained to Monica and instead of rectifying the problem she was very nasty towards me on the phone, so I had no choice but to contact my insurance company to have them remove the payment they made towards the frames and disputed the ones I purchased with my credit card. Last week I went again, not realizing it was the same place that I filled my glasses at. The receptionist started to attend to me then in front of 10+ customer Monica came over and in behind the counter, in front of everybody asked if I was Mitzi then told me that I could NOT be serviced "because of our last incident). I was mortified and embarrassed. Not only did she have the right to reject my service but The professional thing and to protect my hippa rights the professional thing to do was pull me to discuss it with me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And all the years I've filled glasses I've never been treated this way. Attached is a pic of the glasses I received.

The doctor is very professional, he explained the changes in my prescription and made sure I completely understood the new one. They also have a huge collection of frames, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

I've purchased eyeglasses from here a few times in the past never had any issues, since the last time I was there their staff has had a major turnover. They still list Dr Cindy as their Dr but she is no longer with them. My main complaint is that for the same services they offered in the past now they want to charge me with a co payment for a eye exam, my vision insurance which they expect clearly states that there is no co payment, obviously a money grab. The other issue is the woman at the front desk who insisted that I always had a co payment in the past which is not the case. She was the least helpful customer service person I can ever remember dealing with, very dismissive. They lost a loyal customer. I went to one of their competitors and received the same eye exam they offered and purchased two pairs of eyeglasses without a co payment and much nicer customer service!

Big thanks. These folks are very professional and really care about their customers. I used to struggle getting glasses prescription but now I completely trust them. The specialist helped me pick the perfect frame. Even if you don't have insurance you can still find good options. Thank you so much you guys are awesome.

I can't recommend this place enough. My family has been with them for a while and even my grown-up daughters come here. The atmosphere is super friendly and feels like family, and the staff and doctor are amazing. The glasses selection has always been great too. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

I didnt expect much but I am completely satisfied with my visit. Dr took his time, explained everything clearly, and we had a real conversation. Left feeling informed, reassured, and with a solid plan. Good experience overall!
