I went there to get the RX adjusted for one of my eyes . The previous doctor I saw in Plattsburgh adjusted the right eye and it was great but the adjustment he made to the left eye made it worse . He recommended getting a 2nd opinion so I went to Surgical They to be me an eye exam from scratch without knowing what change the previous do core had made . They then want to make the same change which obviously isn't going to work I tell the lady this who's giving me the eye exam and she gets offended and tells me this is the only way they can do it. Well shocker I just tried on their new RX and its awful The right eye is great and the new RX in the left is is worse than it was before . Whatever change the last 2 doctors made to my left eye is just making it worse . I tell Michelle, who is fitting me for this new RX at Surgical , that this new RX is just making the left eye worse and she gets rude with me asking me in a rude tone well what do you want to do. Pretty shocking customer service tbh. I would never go back to this place . I tried voicing conerns to 2 people here and they both dismissed me in a rude manner.
