My walk in experience was excellent. I brought my prescription from another location. The staff member was patient while I explored all of my options, and ordered multiple frames for me to try on before ordering the new lenses. Communication throughout the process was excellent and they even offered to come in after hours when my lenses finally arrived from the lab to fit them and pick them up. They also assisted with filing the correct paperwork to my eye insurance company for reimbursement. Although at the time I received my glasses I have not had any response from the insurance company, Two Rivers Optical was quick to offer more assistance should it be needed to get reimbursement. I highly recommend this establishment.
