Everyone I worked with throughout the process was incredibly helpful and kind, which made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to answer all of my questions, both through the paperwork they walked me through in detail and by just sitting with me and explaining everything along the way.
Jayda was amazing! She helped get me situated and made sure I felt fully prepared, whether it was questions, payment, or anything else. The procedure itself went very smoothly. They clearly explained what was happening and how long it would take, and it was quick and virtually painless.
Overall, the entire experience felt seamless from start to finish, and I'm very happy with the outcome.

TLC has been life changing. A big thank you to all the doctors and consultants who've helped me through this journey of LASIK. The whole journey right from the consultation to post-op check in was pretty seamless. I was taken through every step of the way with a lot of guidance and details to help me understand what to expect. And I love they are extremely transparent with the whole process. On the day of the surgery, one can normally expect anxiety to kick in but Dr. Robert Schultze is extremely good at taking one through the surgery via instructions on what's happening LIVE. Post-Op recovery was not a surprise at all and it was exactly as the doctors had explained, and a very smooth recovery with no pain from day 2. I want to specially thank Danielle, Jayda and Dr. Hunt for their expertise and for making this experience a memorable one that it'll take with me forever. Thank you and I highly recommend TLC to anyone considering a LASIK. :)

The staff was unbelievable. Everyone was so nice and very helpful explaining the process step by step, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I happened to fall into the small percentage of people who experience some stronger side effects right after the surgery, but it went away by the next day. Overall, the procedure really is as easy as they say. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering LASIK.

I called around and found a lot of places who did this, but the reputation of t l c is what convinced me to go and from my first appointment.I'm very happy with the staff.They are very friendly and organized and welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in everyone there.Having a good experience, they were very professional. I love that they offer the care credit. So I was able to finance my surgery and overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision. Even though it's only been 24 hours since my surgery already, I can read up close and see far away without worrying about glasses.

I had the best experience at TLC LASIK in Slingerlands, NY. From my first contact with the office until I left after my procedure I felt comfortable, less anxious, and excited. They made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. At my first appointment, Jayda and Dr Hunt were great with explaining everything to me. They made me so comfortable and my anxiety level significantly dropped. Jayda was even great at responding quickly to my emails with more questions. The day of my procedure, every staff member, even in the procedure room was great!! I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I wish I did it years ago, but if I had to do it again I wouldn't think twice. I would highly recommend TLC LASIK to everyone! I have already given multiple people the contact info for the office!

I had mono-vision LASIK surgery here and I am very pleased with the results. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jayda & Dr Hunt were amazing! They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in detail--from what to expect during the procedure to thorough aftercare instructions--which really helped put me at ease.
My only complaint was the wait time. We waited about two hours in the waiting room (before the quick 5-10 minute procedure) which felt even longer due to nerves and anticipation for everyone waiting. It may help to spread appointments out a bit more or limit the number of surgeries scheduled in a day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice. In the end the results are worth the wait!

It was great! The staff were excellent and answered all of my questions fully. The procedure itself was quick (I skipped the Xanax and it was still a quick and easy procedure) , recovery has been great so far. I'm enjoying being able to see even better than I did with my glasses.
