Truly outstanding customer service. I want to give a special shout-out to Kamini for her exceptional care, patience, and professionalism. She took the time to listen, made sure every detail was handled properly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. It's rare to feel this valued as a customer, and I sincerely appreciate the effort and kindness she showed.

Went there for my glasses I choose a clear pair but after 2 month they turned yellow like a cheap case from Five Below, the frame cost around 500$ nothing crazy but not free! Went there for warranty at the begging they were nice but when they call me to swap the lences they wanted to give me whatever they want it but not what I like on top of that they wanted me to pay 50% of the price of a ugly frame thats was like 250$, they 2 ladys at the front desk started to act rude they make me left early from work lost 6 hours of pay that for sure not returning and at the end they don't gave me nothing!! Just a waste of time when you already pay for it they just dont care! Unfortunately all my family came here since we all use glasses but for sure no more!

Great customer service and very helpful from all staff memebrs. Was not rushed with my eye exams. Doc was excellent and Kimini was of grrat help from start to finish. Thank you

My sister & I have been going to Cohen's Fashion Optical Liberty Avenue for many years now & they never disappoint with our glasses. We took our mom recently, and their service, friendliness and care is as if it was the first time we were there. I especially want to thank Kamini for her kindness and patience, she really helped us find the best pair of glasses.

First time using Cohen's Fashion Optical for both my wife and myself needs. The experience was great. Thank you for filling a gap that met with my work schedule beautifully. Great customer service, absolutely delighted with the care, I love how easy it was to choose and pick out our frames. Both my wife and I picked up our new glasses today and we are amazed at how accurate the prescription was taken and installed. Highly recommended, we will continue to use Cohen's for all our vision needs!

A star??? They deserve a ZERO. Even less. Three month's ago (December 2017) I had an eye exam and I still don't have glasses. Their so call staff is nothing but the bunch of the bad clowns. Especially store "manager" Michelle who even don't know how to measure optical line. All they worry about is coffee and food. If you want endless B.S. stories how you have to get used to the glasses even if is obvious that are the lenses wrong, take a chance. If you are looking for THE GLASSES you will look up somewhere else. The only light in this tunnel is a Dr. Yau. She did a great job and she is a really pleasure to talk to but after her exam you are entering the hell. That place should be closed for good. They have more roaches then customers. I paid for the glasses $730.00 in cash. UPDATE: HORRIBLE. So call store manager finally lost her nerves and asked me: "What do you want"? I just replied that I want my glasses or the money. To cut the story short.....People of New York, avoid that place at all costs. Totally incompetent staff. Finally Dr. Yau showed her real face. This people are SCAMMERS. Contacted Christine from Cohen's Customer Services and scheduled conversation for tomorrow morning. I will update. UPDATE: No call back from Christine (Customer Service). She was probably busy leaving thanking message on very rare positive feedbacks (please check next feedback and response). I am thru with this lousy clowns. I am taking legal action against cohens. I will make sure people hear about this. Christine (customer service), respond on my feedback and explain why am I waiting 3 months and why they redoing my glasses for the fifth time, why was my frame damaged. Also, why I can't get the copy of the original receipt with the date of the exam and the full price, that was taken from me when I complained on the glasses for the first time. But no lies, just the facts. The silly "VIP" comment wont help cohen's. Check the dates on the receipts that I got from the store. UPDATE 03/10/2018 - I finally got the glasses but not what I ordered and paid for. I clearly ordered CRIZAL THIN lenses. I've got THICK HEAVY CHUNK lenses. unbearable to wear. YOU PEOPLE FROM COHEN"S OPTICAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND I HOPE YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Forget about Customer Services. Their apologies means nothing. They are just the words. UPDATE 03/22.2018 Just came back from the business trip. Scratches all over the lenses even if I used special microfiber cloth for Leica lenses. COHEN'S uses cheapest "coated" Crizal lenses and they charge as for the premium lenses. COHEN"S SO CALL OPTICAL IS A PURE GARBAGE. UPDATE 05/15/2008 Finally lenses ended up in the garbage where they belong thanks to the clowns from cohen's. NO SCRATCH PROTECTION. Went to the MK Vision Center and I got the perfect glasses in 7 day's for $90 less. I already advised many people to stay away from cohen's and I will keep doing it. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF THE BUSINESS.

I had a tremendous experience at this Cohen's store. Bella was amazing. She was very personable, helpful, and patient as I took my time to look at all the available glasses and tried on many pairs until I settled on the one I wanted. The Dr. Wong was also very nice and pleasant. Good selection of frames as well.

This is the best place ever. I've been coming here for five years, and they consistently provide excellent service. The staff is patient and helpful, assisting with high-quality glasses. The eye doctor takes extra time with each patient, and the two ladies at the front always offer great advice on what's best for me. I highly recommend this place to family and friends for eye exams and glasses.
