Fabulous Optical

I had the unfortunate experience walking into this Fabulous Optical store. I had asked the young ladies behind the counter a couple of questions and was instantly given rudeness and unprofessional remarks. I even asked if I would be able to see the optometrist sooner she responded; as you saw he just left. I was confused and said how would I know who that was; its my first time here. Awful customer service etiquette I would never treat anyone like this. Luckily for me there are other locations near by with extreme knowledge about their business and the willingness to serve customers properly. If the owner/ manager would like I would gladly give you the time and date so you can see the interaction on your security cameras.

12/20/2025- Excellent customer service and great communication with this location. I'm really happy with Dina and her team and Karina for helping me to get my glasses.

I am super excited to have my new glasses from this facility. I can't thank Daniela and staff enough for their support time and help. They really outdid there services for me. I got new Versace frames that look so pretty on me. I couldn't be more happier. I can finally see!!!! Thank you so much

The staff at Fabulous Optical are absolutely amazing. They made the process of getting new glasses super easy and efficient. I walked in without my insurance card and they were still able to help me. The process took only 20 mins. The doctor explained everything that was wrong with my eyes and gave me suggestions on additional support I needed. They worked within my budget and I was able to get a luxury pair of glasses. I got my glasses directly a week after. They are 10/10 in my books

Update: I'm confused by the practices of this office and eye doctor. They changed my prescription and told me things such as CYL changes depending on the office, the lighting, etc. Your glasses prescription should be highly accurate and unique to you, so that your glasses don't cause problems- not something that varies by the time of the day or doctor you're seeing. I am also pretty sure that Irena, the optician, tried to give me an inaccurate PD, so that I would have difficulties buying my glasses online. Even a mm makes a difference in PD, and she said it didn't... Very questionable practices and definitely would not recommend. Good experience with the eye doctor and decent front desk my first visit aside from refusing to give me my prescription until my insurance went through. However, the staff member on 9/3 around 4pm was very annoying about me not being able to get my glasses prescription emailed (other fabulous optical locations offer this) and would not give me my PD, stating that you need to get it from wherever you buy glasses (not true, I've had my doctors give me this information before). She wished me good luck, but I think she needs it more than me. Overall, would not recommend and will not be returning due to rude customer service. Also, buy your glasses online- it's way cheaper!!! Eyebuydirect is usually my go to.

Daniela was my favorite She helped me with my purchase and was super professional with me. I am bringing my father to this facility as well. I received my glasses as she promised. Which was 8 business days. Thank you
