Dr.Liu and her assisting staff were personable, professional and thorough. My wife and I left the office completely satisfied that we had been skillfully and carefully examined and all our questions and concerns fully addressed. I do not think we could have received any greater level of care. Dr. Liu is top notch and I highly recommend her to all without hesitation.

While the wait time to see the provider at the Riverhead location is very very long, no fault of Dr. Liu, there's a few providers at this office and patients need to have various tests prior to seeing the provider and that's the lengthy wait time. Once in the exam room Dr. Liu is extremely professional, knowledgeable and takes her time with you. Dr Liu doesn't rush you along and that's a great plus. My follow up appointment is in six months and I scheduled with her in Hampton Bays so fingers crossed I'm not there over two hours. I highly recommend Dr Liu and the front desk staff are also wonderful, courteous and professional.

Dr. Liu was excellent! she took her time to see if I had any questions. She was very gentle and very thorough. My only complaint was how busy the office was. I waited for about 45 minutes and I had an appointment and also I cannot order my contacts through site MD I had to go elsewhere which makes it somewhat inconvenient!

Dr. Liu was very personable and informative. Apparently, my husband has glaucoma and we've been going to Sight MD for years and no other doctor has used those words with us (and we've been going there for about 7 years) ! Dr. Liu was the first to mention it to us! And it didn't just show up this year because other doctors have ordered a "special" test because they've seen something but never mentioned glaucoma to us. We are very grateful and feel lucky to have found Dr. Liu!!

Waited over an hour to be seen without any explanation that our appointment would take 2+ hours total. That's not a problem if there was more clear communication from the staff directly about wait times. We had high hopes for Dr. Yuchen Liu but she was cold, direct and a bit sarcastic. She didn't explain the procedures and assessments she was doing during the consultation and as a new patient you'd want an explanation of what the assessments are meant to find.The worst characteristic would be her sarcasm. It wasn't taken too well and came off as not wanting to get to know you but merely get you out the door. Front desk wasn't too friendly either. Everyone excerpt our first assistant seemed like they don't want to be there
