Vision Plus

Very disappointed with this office. After paying for my son's eye exam and contact lens fitting, we requested a copy of his prescription so we could keep his medical information and compare it with a future exam after we moved to another city. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises that it would be sent, the office has still not provided the prescription and continues to delay or ignore the request. Patients are legally entitled to receive their contact lens prescription. I am still waiting for the office to fulfill this basic obligation. Update: After the office responded publicly, both my son and I requested a copy of his contact lens prescription multiple times by phone before this review. My son was initially told that nothing would be sent by email and that he had to come in person, despite explaining that he had moved to another city and lives six hours away. He called several times and confirmed my email address, which is on file because he was a minor when I brought him to the appointment. I also personally called the office twice and provided the same email. We were not requesting to use an expired prescription, only to obtain a copy of the contact lens prescription from the fitting performed by your doctor so we could compare it with a new exam. We were repeatedly told it would be sent, yet nothing was provided until after a negative review was posted. This response reflects the actual sequence of events and our experience with communication and access to records.

Great experience . Dr. Butler took his time with explaining how to take care of my dry eyes step by step , was also very patient with me . The ladies in the office are great helped me pick out a pair of Gucci glasses that fit my face at a reasonable price - they say 2-3 wks for your glasses mine were in by 10 days I highly recommend them

Dr. Butler helped me achieve 20/15 vision after many years of having to wear piggy backs (2 contacts in one eye). Switched to sclera lenses and it made a world of difference. He is very patient and knowledgeable.

Vision Plus runs an excellent optometry practice. Dr. Bulter and the others staff members are professional and patient. I've been diagnosed with the disorder keratoconus in both eyes. Dr. Butler completed the scleral contact lens fitting with such mastery that he was able to correct my visual acuity to roughly 20/15! I would recommend this office to any interested patients.

I have been going to vision plus since my kids were young. He is amazing. His mannerisms and professionalism speaks volumes. Mr butler always has a smile on his when greeting his patients and makes you feel comfortable. His staff are always nice too and ask you how are you doing? I have never had a problem.
