Liebergall & Paskowski Eye

Over many years, both my children and I consistently have had outstanding care from Dr. David Liebergall. His approach to eye care is driven by his thorough exams, strong knowledge base, and his warm demeanor. He makes his patients feel expertly cared for. I have recommended him to numerous family members and friends, and without any hesitation, continue to do so.

I called to put on hold endlessly. When I go in for my appointment, I waited at least 45 minutes each time I go. Would not recommend. And here's the kicker, they say to be punctual for your appointment, and then you end up waiting. Lol. A joke. I hope Dr. Liebergal and Dr. Paskowski rectify this situation before their practice closes

They placed me in collections for a mere $50, fully aware that it likely costs them at least $25 to initiate that process. This clearly demonstrates that they value that $25 more than the well-being of a patient. It's a terrible business approach, and it's obvious the owners are in the wrong industry.

Now on my 3rd call to them requesting a refund of $27.67. This was from an appointment my husband had on January 6th, almost 3 months ago. Their response this time was that I should be receiving a check in about 2 weeks. This is totally absurd and unprofessional. It is not the amount, but the principle.

Doctors are truly amazing!! Used doctor Pollack and doctor Narula, and was very happy! BUT!! The staff is rude and mean. I was very disappointed!! They asked me to bring along photo id (and never looked at...) Which I haven't in any doctors office. Only there they still ask for mask WHOLE the time (except when the doctor closes the door and staff don't see you) Every time they tell me before coming that refraction is extra cost, also when I went first time with my daughter (which they actually didn't have to charge and saw they will get it from my insurance. ) When I went with my son less than 2 years since his last eye checkup, They screamed that they cannot take my son unless I sign right now that I am responsible to pay for refraction!! It was covered by my insurance!! But they refused to take it!! I just cancelled out and went to different doctor who took my insurance and my son indeed needed a new number.

I was a patient of Dr. Paskowski for bilateral cataract surgery in December, 2019. The entire office staff is professional and efficient. The wait time was minimal.The area is neat and kept very clean. Dr. Paskowski explained the entire procedure in a clear manner. He has an excellent bedside manner. I never felt rushed when needing to ask questions. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I and my family have been seen for years by Dr. Paskowski, also several times by Dr. Berger, both of whom I can recommend highly. They are both very careful and thorough. When I discussed a (rather rare) condition with Dr. Paskowski, his depth of knowledge was quite impressive and inspired confidence. He has also been great with my kids since they were very young. I noticed one reviewer complained about rudeness by the staff -- I can attest that several years ago the people who did billing and insurance coverage were very harried and overworked. Nowadays (2018) they are superb -- two fine people were at work on the phones for 45 minutes hassling with an insurance company that had screwed up my account numbers, and I don't know how they kept their cheerful demeaner through all that. I have not been seen by the other physicians in the group and cannot rate them.
