This was the worst experience I've ever had and I've been going to the eye doctor since I was 10 ( 33 years). The staff were all polite and helpful, but the doctor was odd. We paid out-of-pocket for an eye exam and two pair of glasses for my husband. The eye exam was so unprofessional. He would ask which slide looks better and when my boyfriend was unsure, the doctor was rude, saying "if they're the same or you don't know, just say so". He was trying to tell him that, but he wasn't listening and acted annoyed if he has to repeat them. Every other place I've been to, they would have just repeated the slides with patience. This doctor has zero patience and acted like we were a nuisance. In the end, both pair of glasses don't help his vision at all. It was a complete waste of money and time. The only other thing I'd say is, they need to have some kind of seating in the front for people who are waiting. There are only chairs next to the desks where they check the fit of your glasses. I would never return to this location. Highly, highly DON'T recommend.

Been going here for years. You cant beat the $120 Member Fee. It's good for 3yrs, 2 eye exams a year. Discount on frames, lenses and contact lenses. I just bought TWO pairs of glasses, nothing fancy added to my lenses, for BOTH, it was $53. I was so upset with myself for not taking proper care of my eyes, simply because I thought Glasses would be too expensive. Go figure. Very friendly staff, always answers the phone with a very pleasant and helpful tone. I always get in to see the Dr within a short time of my appointment and me arriving. Let you browse their selection for as long as you want and they can also help you decide. I bought back into the Club, got an eye exam, box of contacts and 2 pairs of glasses for right around $200. You will NOT FIND a better price for all you get. Highly recommend and they do accept vision insurance.

Our family has been going to this location for several years now, and our experiences have been consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The quality of the eye exam and expertise of the optometrists is first-rate. And, of course, they are quite affordable. Our daughter required special frames--quite expensive--for many years. One of the vision staff at this location spent time going through frames and then custom fitting them to our daughter's needs. We travel 80 miles to go to this location, and recommend them to everyone.

Came here for the first time for an eye exam and contacts/glasses and had a wonderful experience. Arielle is the best and most knowledgeable employee I've encountered. She not only answered my questions but took the time and effort to present me with different options for contact lenses that are covered by my insurance. She also did my preliminary testing and was very gentle and kind. I will definitely continue to use this location for my eye needs and am really grateful they have someone like Arielle on staff. Thank you again!

Got a last minute appointment for glasses and couldn't be happier. I got two clearance pairs of fabulous glasses for only $47!! Everyone was very kind and efficient. Getting an exam and choosing glasses is usually stressful but this was the most enjoyable and easy experience I've ever had. Thanks to everyone at this location!

I went in for an eye exam. I signed papers to allow them to dilate my eyes but then they didn't. I am checking out without a diagnosis, so when I ask, she said "what are you doing now?". Over the counter readers. Keep doing that she responded. A different place looked at my test results and said a needed a stronger power glasses than you are able to get over the counter. Also, the eye test was $80 using my insurance. The following year at a more reputable place, my eye exam was $80 without insurance.

Best customer service!!!! Front desk was very friendly and inviting. My imaging tech was great as was my optometrist. Tommy was great with helping me pick out my frame and going over all my lens information. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience overall

Honestly, great experience. I have been to those "chain eyeglasses" places before and got exams at their offices and haven't ever been treated the best. But man oh man, The staff at this store are super friendly, in good spirits, seem to genuinely like each other and their job. The doctor at the practice is down to earth and tells it like it is and I enjoy that. Super easy to schedule, tons of availability. Just all over great experience.
