Can't speak for the doctors but the office staff is rude. Multiple scheduling issues. No appointment reminders or late reminders. I called the office the week before and was told the wrong appointment time and when I showed up they told me the appointment was canceled an hour earlier when I didn't show but never bothered to call me to tell me. Then acted like I was wrong because they "never do appointments that late for new patients." Well how would I have known that. I won't going there.

There process took a short amount of time perhaps 45 minutes to an hour to have my cataract lenses clean by laser. The people were just great very polite and understanding. They made sure that you understood everything that was going on

Dr. Abboud is great and very thorough. However the wait time is completely unacceptable. Waited for almost 2 hours. This is NOT the first time. Probably will not be returning at this point
