I visited the eyeglass part of the practice to get a new prescription of lenses put in new glasses. I believe it was Bill but it was the most professional and informative session I've ever had with glasses and reasonably priced.

My husband and I are patients of Dr. Miller. He is kind, very intelligent and thorough, and has an excellent bedside manner.We are very happy with his care. A special Thankyou goes to Ann and Alice at the front desk for their kindness . This practice comes highly recommended.

I've been going to Dr. DeVincentis and Eye Consultants for almost two years now. Even today, with signs posted that they were short staffed, I sat in the waiting room and was in awe how every single staff person I encountered and/or watched was professional, kind, engaging to the patients, patient as the older folk walked toward them. I don't know if Dr. D has a specific team, but everyone who appears to be associated with him are outstanding, many of whom I routinely see. The front desk crew is always pleasant & efficient. It is refreshing, in this day and age, to see an entire medical group who appear to be a great group of people. Even short staffed, I was in and out in my normal time frame. I hope you guys see this and I applaud you for all you do.

I recently went to Eye Consultants of Syracuse and had a pretty disappointing experience. I asked them to include my pupillary distance on my prescription, which should be standard, but they wanted to charge me an extra $38 just to measure it. I find this to be a shady business practice, especially since most other places provide it for free as part of the prescription. It left me feeling like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me for something that should be included. Not impressed at all. Would definitely think twice before going back or recommending them to others.

My physician transferred to Eye Consultants of Syracuse. Like all new practices there was a lot of paperwork. The office staff made this transfer seamless. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a friendly welcome . Again checking was easy. Dr. Miller's assistant Joline (spelling?) knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Great experience!

I love all the people that work there. However I have an HSA account with an $8000 deductible. It takes a bit to pay through that. But I have been told if I don't do it quick enough they will cancel me as a patient. Obviously those in charge care nothing about the patients. Only money. So I'm thinking I will go elsewhere.

This was my first visit to Eye Consultants of Syracuse. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, brought my insurance & ID and was quickly instructed to take a seat in the waiting area. I waited just a few minutes to be called in for my initial review, back to the waiting area and waited just a few minutes for the other eye tests and then to see the eye doctor. My complete exam took just less than the time on my intro letter. I was impressed with the staff, technicians and doctor's greetings, explains of the procedures, ability to answer my questions, and their willingness to make me feel comfortable during the process. Thank you for making the appointment as smooth, informative and comfortable as possible. Everyone was professional and accommodating as anyone could expect. Thank you.
