Front office staff is fine. Not terribly helpful off the bat but if go up to them and ask them a direct question they are pretty good. That's about it. Saw Kathleen Nicholls ls for a routine eye exam. She was so rude and had no idea what she was doing. She made it so I will never even think about coming back to lenscrafters ever again. If you are thinking about coming here, DON'T. They are many other places in syracuse to go for an eye exam. Their glasses and lenses are highly overpriced. Don't waste your time or give them any business.

Kathleen Nicholls is the worst optometrist I've ever been to Completely unprofessional. She has no idea how to speak to anyone with a vision disability. If I could give negative stars, I would. Will never go back to lenscrafters again. This "doctor" is the worst and deserves to get fired.
