Strolled by and popped in to see if I could get a quick adjustment and pad change. The gentleman there was most accommodating and professional. My spectacles are like new. UPDATE: Decided to make them my new opticians. Received a thorough and professional eye exam along with obtaining a new pair of spectacles with all the bells and whistles. Fantastic price. Would recommend going here for your glasses. They have alot of models of all different styles and some really nice frameless models. We sat down did measurements and found a pair that i liked. They where even able to make ajustments and a demo model for me because of my large head. I'm real happy with the final result.

On a visit to Syracuse and the plastic frame on my only pair split, took them in and Mike immediate found a replacement and an affordable solution. Could not recommend them more.

Amazing customer service on a personal level. Lou and Mike enthusiastically spent time getting to know me on a personal level, recognizing my individual needs, preferences, and commitment to getting it right--no matter what. They really changed the way I think about having to go for an eye exam. Even the followup appointments for fittings and adjustments were a pleasure to show up for. Just the simple gesture of being able to continue our conversations without forgetting the smallest of insignificant details really blew me away--and sets NY Optometric apart from other businesses, far beyond the vision and eye care profession.
