Point of View Optical

Regarding the other review posted about Point of View Optical, I think the receptionist who you are referring to worked there years ago,and has not worked there in about four years. She was actually fired because she had problems with patients, and no one should hold that against Dr. Winters and the office.The past two receptionists there are extremely kind young women, who are very helpful. I have been going to Point of View Optical for twenty years now, and have no complaints. Dr Winters has been in the business for 25 years now and is professional and knowledgeable. There are two opticians, one who has quite the personality, always looking to make people laugh, and the other is more quiet but so kind. There is a nice selection of frames as well. This is a great place to go.

the worst I have ever experienced. Month-long waiting time, unprofessional staff, gaslighting that "oh but everyone wears/sees that", even when I said I see bad several times. They messed up EVERYTHING. So sorry for trusting them. Now spending x2 in another optics because this is impossible to wear their glasses sliding from me and having lower power lenses. NEVER AGAIN. Go to Syracuse Eye center instead, you will save your time and money. So gaslighting and rude. Good luck to them
