Everything was super easy! I was able to do my consultation and my surgery on the same day! The only mistake I made was thinking that I took enough meds before the surgery. I should have taken that Tylenol PM like they said, right after the surgery. That parts on me. Everything has been great since and I see 20/20! Everyone is very nice and they will answer ALL of you questions! So grateful I got this done!

Quickest and easiest thing i have ever done! Not only did i get the surgery however the staff was so amazing! They contacted me and texted multiple times before the surgery and answered any questions i may have. They also explained the day of the surgery each step by step procedure being done. I was somewhat nervous at first but they made it flawless! Also the affordability was beyond what i imagined and was easily able to do a payment plan that worked for me. Thank you to Dr Gabriel's and his entire staff! Great job!!! Satisfied customer! Oh and they also did prior consultation and only recommended me to do one eye instead of two as that would be best for me..... they are in it just for the money is what this told me and they are 100 percent honest!

I had always thought about getting this procedure done! I made an appointment to ask questions and see if I was a candidate. The staff was very friendly and explained the whole procedure. I like to understand whats going on especially when it comes to my body. The day of the procedure was easy and again staff was super friendly. The eye doctor was the best!!! He explained and walked me through everything he was doing while I was having the procedure done which was amazing because I like to know whats going on. The procedure was fast and painless. I would choose tgus office again if I where to do it again.

I went in for a consultation in July and it went well. During my consultation I scheduled my lasik surgery for November. Fast forward to November. My appointment was for 1pm. I arrived around 12:40pm. When I arrived the receptionist told me Dr. Craig Beyer had went on his lunch break and would be back soon. I waited until 2:30pm (almost 2hours) and he had not shown up. On top of that didn't have the courtesy to give an ETA. I asked for a full refund. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Last Saturday, I did something just for me -- and I'm so glad I did.
About 18 years ago, I was told I wasn't a candidate for LASIK. A few weeks ago, while talking with my family, they encouraged me to try again since technology has come a long way. So I made an appointment at The LASIK Vision Institute, and to my surprise (and almost tears), I was a candidate -- and had the surgery the same day!
I've been practically blind for as long as I can remember -- "Coke-bottle" glasses as a kid and overused contacts since I was 14. Now, I can already see clearly, and it'll keep improving over the next few months. I went from wearing strong contacts and +3.0 readers constantly to only needing +1.25 readers for tiny print.
If you've ever thought about LASIK, do it. It's truly life-changing -- hands down the best money, I've ever spent (yes, even better than craft supplies!).

Had an amazing experience here 8/28/25. My eyes were around the -6.00+ mark and I've had horrible eyesight since I can remember, wearing glasses since I was 7. The doctors and their entire team were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. During the procedure, I had a lot of anxiety. The Doctor and team were all very understanding, kind, and soothing during the whole process. Of course immediately after the procedure it isn't the greatest feeling, but after the first nap my eyes felt like they were adjusting extremely well. It's only been one full day since the procedure but I'm soooo glad I did it, it TRULY was life-changing and makes me emotional just thinking about it.
