Scheduling at this office feels rigid and unhelpful. When I asked whether an earlier appointment might be possible, the response was abrupt and offered no alternatives or empathy. I understand availability constraints, but patient-facing staff should be trained to communicate with more care, especially when people are seeking medical help.

First time customer, and could not be HAPPIER!!!! The staff is outstanding-- friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and fun. Very helpful from start to finish. Made transitioning to a new Doctor's office super easy. Doctor Kaiser is also phenomenal. I love that she doesn't use all of those automated machines to check my prescription (I never found those to be accurate). She is meticulous, thorough, and really listened to me. This is what every doctor's should be, but often aren't. Thank you all so much!

Mt. Pleasant Vision Center in Rose Hill Shopping Center is excellent !
Dr. Kaiser and her team are warm, caring, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I've been a patient for about 10 years and have always felt listened to and treated with kindness. Stella the office dog is an added bonus. I highly recommend if you need glasses or an eye exam you give them a try.

As far as being an excellent diagnostician, Dr. Kaiser is a very good listener, compassionate, and takes the time to thoroughly explain any questions. Her staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Kaiser's clean, modern office has up to date equipment and an amazing selection of eyewear to choose from. If you want an eye exam done right, you can't go wrong with Dr. Kaiser!

Do not go here. The "doctor" took a 2 minute simple exam for a teenager who has a prescription in one eye and she didn't have the courtesy to come out behind her curtain to talk to a parent who clearly had questions about the child's vision options. The eye exam includes more than just reading letters off the board! She took no time to examine the actual health of his eyes. She kept sending her assistant out to answer each question I had. So she just got paid for doing nothing. It's beyond unprofessional. Awful experience. Go somewhere else!
