I had an issue with my optometrist, so I took my prescription to Walmart Optical in N Utica to get new glasses. I was treated with such professionalism, kindness and patience!! Michael took his time helping me pick out the best glasses for me. Gave his opinion and steered me in the right direction. They have a nice selection The glasses came in quickly and I love them!! I have never had better service in my life. Dr Lutz was so thorough and cares about his patience. The staff does their job SO well. They care. Erica helped me pick glasses that best fit my face shape and comfort. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I had all my best possible options. They both are great at their job. Dr Lutz is too. Like I said he cares about his job.

I have gone to this location for years and never had a problem even though the staff and eye dr. have changed since I first starting going here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I feel they are confident and knowlegeable enough to offer their honest opinions on what looks good or fits your looks. I will continue to use theeir services. (I stopped in spur of the moment with a nose guard problem and Michael dropped everything and fixed it pronto ..didn't act like I was imposing in any way.)

Just bought Croakie adjustable eye glass holder from Stephany at this location. She was super helpful, explained how the different products work complete with demonstration and reinforced my decision to get holders by explaining how hair products can damage lenses and how arms can stretch out by placing glasses on top of head. Thanks for such great service! You rock!!

Terrible service in my opinion. It started off great I was put on a cancellation list I got called twice in the same day one for a appointment later that same day, I said I could not make that so I'll keep my original appointment. They called me back later and stated that there was another cancellation tomorrow ( Saturday 3/25 ) at 12:30 I said yes I can definitely take it since now I won't have to miss work. Upon my arrival when I stated my name they looked all sorts of confused. I said I was called yesterday for a cancellation at 12:30 today and here it is 12:20 and they said that my name was never written down and someone who called that same day was able to make appointment at 12:30. So even tho I was technically on a waiting list to get this appointment it should be in order to my understanding and then the doctor refused to see me at all and the rest of the staff couldn't do anything about it. Handled very poorly definitely never trying to come back
