Check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. My wait in the waiting room was brief, the first lady that took me back was friendly and informative. My wait for the doctor was also brief. When I was with the doctor she was thorough, explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed during appointment or while trialing contacts. I was VERY pleased and am happy I switched.

I am a repeat, and pleased, patient of C&R for several reasons. First they have appointment availability within a month or two of calling to request it. Second, the people are super friendly and there is little waiting for the appointment to begin after arrival. Third and finally, I they have equipment among the best in our region for diagnosing eye issues. For example, they have a machine that takes a picture of the back of the eye without needing to dilate the pupil. I hope all the patients have the same positive experience that I've had
