Worst customer service. I went to the wrong location - that's 1000% on me, so I called this Victor location where my appointment actually was. I asked if it was okay if I still headed over, because I lived 30 minutes away, and if they'd still take me. at that point I would be 20 min late that's why I called to double check.the lady reassured me and lets me know that they're for sure going to be able to see me. I get to the office and the clerk doesn't even look at me and tells me they'd have to reschedule the Dr went on "lunch" and they have a meeting and other patients.... Then why tell me to come? Poor communication and a place that has no empathy for their patients. Because of work I've had to reschedule 3 times and they're usually booked out a month out... I took the day off because I heard great things about this place and insisted on making it fit within my schedule. Just for the clerk to tell me "Dr is on lunch next available appt is Nov 11th"........ Jill Disalvo, let's discuss better communication at your meeting today.

Poor customer service. Drove 2 hours for appointment called told the i was going to be a few minutes late due to traffic after I had already been on the food for 1 hour and 45 minutes and they basically said sorry don't bother coming to reschedule. I thought I'm 8 minutes away and just drove almost 2 hours surely someone would understand and have some commen sense. Nope I got there and so no . Then they told theVA I was a no show and couldn't reschedule without talking to 5 people to explain why I didn't show. I did show. I would send my seeing eye fog to this place.way to help out us Veterans. Thanks for nothing!!

Had an emergency visit with Dr. Mara Tresansky. I don't like going to the doctor but EVERYONE at the Victor office was kind, patient and compassionate I'm so grateful I chose this office out of the options I had available! It almost makes me want to go to the doctor for regular check-ups but I know this team is an exception to the rule...

Recent eye exam went very well. I didn't have to wait, everyone one was very friendly, professional And answered all my questions.Dr. Clogg was great!, thank all of you for a good appointment!,

Dr Clogg is rude and disrespectful to his patients. This man, if you can call him a man, should not be working with patients. His tone and rude comments are not helpful. He has no idea how to talk to people. I hope some day he has a Dr treat him the way he treated me today!
