Dr Conley is top notch. Engaging and caring.
However, front desk staff seems like they could care less about patients, let alone being there. I was in the office for 1 hour and 15 minutes, with less than 10 of them being with the Dr. The tech that did all my tests was a very nice guy, who seems to do what he was tasked to do, but seemed generally lost as to why he was doing what he was doing. He couldn't answer simple questions and would have been better off saying "I don't know" rather than offering rambling nonsense.
Again, I don't feel like I was given bad care, because it all seemed pretty routine, it just felt like an unnecessarily lengthy process with a lack of general customer service.
