Dr Lask is a wonderful doctor. She's kind, patient, and thorough. Dr. Lask doesn't rush me and answers all my questions. She treats me for corneal abrasions and I appreciate her! I highly recommend Dr. Lask.

I was annoyed by the way I was treated by the technicians and Dr. Lask. There was no personal connection made with me. Each of you were going through the motions like a robot. The first technician was a male and his behavior was indifferent to my physical wellbeing. He was annoyed that I didn't bring my list of medications. I told him that the office should have asked me to bring it. He then said bring them the next time. I felt rushed and I was concerned he didn't do his best to give a correct Rx for glasses. Quite frankly I have always had a doctor doing the tests. The doctor was mechanical too. I introduced myself and she didn't even look at me and didn't introduce herself to me. She went through the motions and sent me to the desk with my folder. The receptionist politely asked me to have a seat and wait for the next technician and I did. This time a young lady with blond hair called me and she mechanically went through the motions in taking a image of my eyes. Not once did she make eye contact with me. She had me go to the desk again to process out. The receptionist was the only bright moment of my visit. She gave eye contact spoke kindly to me and received my payment. I asked her where my Rx was and apparently it was not indicated to give me one. She politely excused herself and went to the doctor to fill one out. She returned to me with a smile and wished me happy holidays. That was my experience. I will not be back. Perhaps you can improve your interactions in the future with new patients. 1 star was given for the receptionist.

South Shore Eye Care has a fantastic and caring staff from the moment you walk in the front door. The front desk was efficient waiting time was minimal and when I saw Dr. Lask M.D.she was knowledgeable and explained my vision concerns clearly , offering me a solution to my vision problems..Thank you South Shore Eye Care .

Dr Lask is amazing! I had previously used another Dr at this practice but he had since left so the office gave me the next available appt which was with Dr. Lask. I went in because I was experiencing a vision problem in one eye and she was thorough and reassuring and just absolutely wonderful! She set my mind at ease and really discussed all my options and the next steps. Couldn't recommend her any more! She's a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Lask and associates were very thorough and professional. It was my first time having an appointment with Dr. Lask. I'm thrilled to be a new patient. The office staff is wonderful.

Doctor Lask was very nice, she made me feel comfortable, I went for an emergency appt because of my right eye that turn alarmingly red and had this thick fluid around my pupil. She checked thoroughly and turned out it was an allergy. She prescribed me eyedrop and within the same day it subsided dramatically. Thank you Dr Lask for your attention and being wonderful.
