They are absolutely wonderful!!! I had a little problem and they could not be nicer nor more efficient correcting it. They have a wonderful selection of frames and I just recommended them to some of my friends down in Jersey that they are worth the trip for their frame collection and awesome staff!

We went in for eye exams and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The office was noticeably dirty, and despite arriving early, we waited a long time before even being brought back to see the doctor. We saw Dr. Bellante. She prescribed glasses for both of us, but we each immediately experienced significant eyestrain. In my case, she told me I suddenly needed prism, even though I have never needed prism correction before. I had the glasses made and tried wearing them, but the vision didn't feel right. When I called the office to ask if these glasses were meant for all-day wear or just reading, the front desk--not the doctor--told me to wear them full-time. I relied on that advice and wore them for several weeks, which only worsened my eyestrain. When I went back for a follow-up exam (which I was charged for), Dr. Bellante said the front desk should never have told me to wear them full-time and that they were meant only for reading. Then she increased the prism, which made the new glasses unusable--they made me completely cross-eyed. During the exam she seemed confused and unsure, and at one point even said she didn't really know what was wrong and that the issue was out of her expertise. At that point, I went to GC Optics in Warwick, where the exam was thorough and professional. They confirmed I don't need any prism at all--just a mild pair of reading glasses. It's extremely concerning to encounter an eye doctor who seems confused by basic prescriptions, and even more concerning that the front desk staff gives medical instructions without consulting the doctor. This experience cost us time, money, and weeks of unnecessary eyestrain. I cannot recommend this office.

Every single person that works here that I've experienced is such a pleasure to deal with! My exam was thorough amd the person who helped pick out my new frames explained all details and options so clearly with no pressure. Tonight the lady, forgot her name sorry!, stayed past closing to get my replacement frames to me because she understood how much I was suffering with my broken glasses! Great people, great office

My experience with Warwick Optical was the best and most professional out of all my optical exams. They were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating! I've been to three other places that made me question their knowledge, their care for the patients, and their cleanliness, but Warwick far outshined the other places with their staff and office. Even when I couldn't go anymore due to insurance reasons, they were extremely helpful and transparent! Patty, the optician as well as the front desk were always super sweet. Would highly recommend for a pleasant eye experience!

Sometimes it is hard to see an i'm optometrist in person but the rest of the staff more than make up for it with their professionalism, knowledge, and warm welcoming personalities.

I was in Warwick NY for a weekend and decided to visit Warwick Optical for some new glasses. I'm so glad I did. Not only do they have a large selection of eye glasses but their staff was phenomenal. I bought two pairs of glasses and couldn't be more happy. My glasses are comfortable, lightweight and stylish. The lenses are super thin. I am thrilled with my purchase. I had a great experience during my eye exam! The staff was kind, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I felt well cared for and informed throughout. Highly recommend!

I love this place, every time I come in everyone is so helpful! I've broken my glasses twice now, once my prescription glasses and then my sunglasses and both times I was able to stop in and someone helped realign them. Additionally I go to college out of town and sometimes forget to reorder contacts on time, each time I've called they've had them shipped within days and always kind enough to give me some trials in the meantime so I can still see!
