I have to say that I truly love this practice. From the front desk to the doctors to the glasses selection to the entire staff. I have never had a bad experience and I truly appreciate the "hometown" feel. The customer interaction with big box stores loose the personal touch. You're just a number. With this practice everyone is glad to see you! Thank you for being an outstanding office.

I just took my 3 year old son to his first exam today because I noticed he was going cross eyed. Upon arriving the front staff were extremely friendly. My son was a bit nervous because he is so young and this was all an unknown to him. The staff including Dr Lamb worked so well with him. Telling him what a great job he was doing and trying to make it fun and not scary. Leaving today I can say that I feel very confident my son is getting the best care he can for his eyes. The staff and doctors are all super knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. We look forward to coming back for future appointments.

Webster Eye Associates in such a great place for eye care. Dr. Hochreiter is so nice and so thorough. The entire staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. I absolutely recommend this place. So much better than dealing with a big chain company, the treatment, care and options here are top notch! Look no further.

Webster Eye-care associates in Webster NY has been an overall great experience. I am 64 years old and have worn glasses since I was in 4th grade so I've had many trips to get new glasses thru the years from several places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The frames styles and selection choices were very good. The optometrist got my prescription spot on. I am now seeing better with these glasses than I have in a long time. The time it took them from exam to glasses ready for pick up was about a week. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new place to get eyewear.

I just want to start by saying this place is great!! This was my very first eye exam ever and I've been wearing store shelf glasses for 15 years.when I arrived i was greeted very happily by Debbie.she very quickly brought me to the exam room and started me with an initial review of my vision for the doctor.i then met Dr.lamb she was very nice and gave me an extensive exam.turns out I needed cataract surgery on both eyes.i didn't have insurance and was expecting to pay alot of money which I was willing to pay just to be able to see good again.thats when Debbie kicked in and she offered to help find me a reasonably priced doctor.let me tell you Debbie did an amazing job.she spent 2 days looking around and was able to find one that works with there office for half the price of another quote i received.thank you so much debbie for all of your caring and efforts.i highly recommend webster eye care associates

I had my first appointment with Dr.Lamb and it was great! She asked me everything possible to get me into my second pair of glasses. Could not be happier with the friendly staff or the professional and relaxed atmosphere while selecting my new pair. Great place for all eye care needs

Have been going to Webster Eyecare for 32 years and have always been happy with the personal care, knowledgeable and professional exam as well as the Optical service available. Shari Gustin is an excellent eye doctor and Mike Gustin is an excellent Optician; the entire staff are friendly and easy to work with!

Dr Gustin makes my eye exam enjoyable. She is so calm, professional and friendly. Their office looks beautiful and super clean. All the staff are great.
