I haven't been to Whelpley & Paul in Webster in 2.5 years and haven't gone anywhere else in that time. I have to tell you that Dan, who fits you with your glasses, helps you pick out frames and does the math and the ordering of your glasses, is definitely a rare breed! He is the reason that I keep going back there for quite a few years now. The man is the most authentic, courteous, helpful, easy to talk to, easy to work with, genuine person I've truly ever met. The steady Doctor that they have there now is also very good and upfront with his clients. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with the honesty that I received from him in such a casual yet professional manner. It was a great visit, and it made me think that maybe I should do this annually.

Whelpley and Paul offers great service and a personalized experience. The whole staff is friendly and very accommodating, but my entire family goes there particularly because of Dan. Not only is he is extremely knowledgeable about eye health/vision care, but also about insurance coverage and the products the store offers. BONUS: He actually remembers details about our lives from the last time we were in. Dan simply goes above and beyond, and always assists customers with tact and patience. He makes the entire process, smooth and informative from start to finish.
