I don't know where to begin. Every single person in this store is amazing. I went back three times my first time dealing with them and I'm so upset that I did not come sooner. All these other eyeglass places have been ripping me off for the last six years I've paid over $1000 for two pairs of glasses I purchased three pair of glasses for not even $1000. The ladies helped me find the right fit for my face took their time very knowledgeable about how the insurance works. I didn't realize until I walked in there that I had so many discounts with my insurance. The manager was extremely helpful. The ladies were also extremely helpful. Everyone in the store is phenomenal!!!!!!!!

This store by far is the most compassionate when it comes to customer service . From the front desk Cheryl who is so informative with insurance -to the eye exams I feel like I'm in good hands . Dr Jackie is very kind and has much patience and very knowledgeable. Barbara who has so much patience and is always so helpful as she is the last step which is getting your glasses to fit perfectly and has a lot of input for face framing . i just need to say my boyfriend and i just had the best experience in the west babylon location, we arrived a few minutes early immediately we were greeted and assisted by cheryl at the front desk and was examined immediately after. we had then met with Sophia who took amzing care of us not only did she make sure prices were reasonable but she she also made sure he had the necessary additions added on to benefit his eyes.
im not one to leave a review but these ladies especially Sophia are amazing!
