The West Babylon NY crew is the absolute best!! I've been going there for years already and never had a problem with anything. Recently I got new glasses in October as a replacement with the 100 day satisfaction guarantee but they just never fit me properly right from the start. Each employee there was so patient with me every time I returned for fitting adjustments, which was pretty much every week! Now it's February, four months later, and they were so great in helping me find a new pair of glasses to replace the ones that were obviously never going to be a good fit for me. They have a forever customer in me!

Vision works at the Great South Bay was amazing. I have never went to an eye glass store before where I felt valued as a customer and not just a number. You must have Twana W assist you she was so helpful and a great person. She didn't rush you out the door, she wanted to make sure you were happy with your glasses and your over all experience.

Worked with my insurance VSP Premier location and FSA approved as well. They take Apple Pay. If the staff sees this please update with a comment of your email address! So, I came here to pick up a new pair glasses and my contacts those took a few weeks to get. I asked the staff if they can take my original glasses only one year old and put new lenses in them. I am willing to pay the price to get new lences on these frames because I like them. One of the staff members that works here this guy said that I need to sign a waiver. I said okay I am willing to sign the waiver. He continue to say that they are not responsible if they get lost. So they are willing to take my frames put new lenses a but if they get lost in the mail when they ship it they're not responsible. The whole logic doesn't make any sense. They just want you to buy a new pair and pay for new frames on lenses they don't want you to buy just lenses. These people are hypocrites and very ignorant an I will never come back here again to To buy contact lenses or glasses. This place is a disappointment.
