I was fortunate to have used this shop to correct the difficulties I was experiencing in getting accurate prescriptions and accurate glasses.
Rinaldo the technician was able to prescribe and to make the first accurate pair of glasses in the last 4 attempts in 6 months by others elsewhere! His coworkers in the office were also extremely caring that my problem was corrected.

I'm starting out giving them 4 stars only on their customer service. The men in the front that run the store are amazing and did the right thing by me!! I was not happy with my apparent result from the exam. But we won't even get into that. The guys are the front counter where phenomenal and made it right for me! Thank you!

Worst optical shop ever the doctor was such a rude guy I don't know why they were trying to fight with me i give the order for the glasses after 8-10 minutes i said I don't want these glasses because they are giving me for 500$ only the glasses not frame so i said that I want to cancel this order and they said they can't cancel but they didn't even give me the reason why they can't cancel the order after a long long fight he said he will deduct 100$ i saif why he said he didn't even give me the answer after that i start making the video and then the doctor said i will not ganna refund you do what you want so thatswhy please belive me this shop is the worst please ever

Amazing and caring medical service! Doctor Kassie was very attentive and caring. Took his time and gave my mother a thorough examination. My mother appreciated his care and genuine treatment. Also visited the office about a year ago for my daughter and they delivered especially! Highly recommended!

I feel bad leaving such a low review because the doctor was kind. HOWEVER, the receptionist was super rude. The old woman who did not identify herself was super cold and short. She did not greet me and left me sitting there for about 20 minutes before she asked me what did I need. Cohen's is running a sale but I'm not sure how the glasses I needed would cost me $500, when I purchased a new pair online for $90. All the reviews about her are true and I should've read them before I booked an appointment here, now I have to find a new eye doctor. I even have a photo of her hiding behind the mirror because she saw me trying to make eye contact to engage with her. Very sad that this is who they have running the front of the house. However, she was more welcoming to other people, who looked completely different than what I looked like, I don't need to explain that I'm sure you know what I am.

This place scams people. They charge for service and have you come back and want to charge again.
Also I just got a call from the female Doctor and she was very nasty and her conduct was un becoming. She told me I better take down the review or else. She would not let me speak and kept cutting me off at that point I had to hang up the phone on her. The second call was place today February 26,2025 @ 11:30

Quick visit. Optometrist was very friendly and helpful. Explained my diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. Also, the front desk lady was extremely helpful and patient with me when I had to pick a new pair of glasses. I believe her name is Kathy? She's the only only one who works there. Will come back.
