One star because the eye doctor seemed nice. As far as the workers not so much. Took my son for exam was told glasses would be in about a week. No problem. Two weeks later they finally arrived. I have no issues with that except explain to the customer that it may take one to three weeks depending on how fast insurance company sends out. Went today to pick up. Not only did the lady that gave him the glasses have a attitude she didn't even check to make sure they were straight ect. Then I asked for a cleaning cloth like asking for a million dollars. They could not spare a cloth?! Lesson learned. Do better sterling opticle

My daughter's Sweet 16 is in one week and she needed a pair of glasses ASAP (her glasses broke).
Faye was so attentive, kind, very helpful in helping my daughter find a beautiful pair of glasses!
She even got the new pair of glasses ready that same day!!
And.... to my surprise, they were able to get her a replacement glasses for the one she broke!!

I've been coming here for years and I recently broke my glasses. I had to get an eye exam and new glasses which would come after a week. I've done this before and the week timeframe is very typical. Faye helped me and put 'RUSH' on my order sheet. I thought she did this just to be kind and make me happy, I expected to get my glasses after a week anyways. The next day they called me and said that my glasses were ready. Im Shocked! Faye has been super kind to me and I am super grateful!

Great vibe at this location, staff very helpful, ready to go the extra mile. Busted my frames on my driving glasses, inexpensive ones. They had somebody search extensively through their inventory to find a pair that could accommodate the existing lenses. Then they found a pair, Italian frames, not expensive that fit perfectly, and I loved them.
Was back there a month later, and it was another really positive experience, with high-quality work. It's my new place for eyewear for sure. Highly recommended!

I had an exam here and later tried to get a copy of my prescription so I could order lenses elsewhere -- which I have every legal right to do. The staff refused to give it to me unless the doctor was present, which made no sense and felt like a stall tactic. Very unprofessional, and I won't be returning. Everyone deserves access to their own prescription without games.
