I recently visited Cohen's Optical as it was one of the few places my insurance would cover. Joan helped me check in and did my pre-testing. I saw the optometrist Debra who took me at my scheduled time, which made me so happy. She took her time, answered all my questions and educated me on my test results. It is the first time I have needed glasses and Joan and Jeremy took their time to help me find my perfect pair (and I didn't feel rushed). I paid for what my insurance didn't cover and didn't feel pressured to pay for add on's. My glasses were ready less than 3 days. The owner and Jeremy greeted me and instructed me on how to use and clean them. The whole experience was amazing and I would absolutely recommend them. I'll be returning next year for my check up!

I stopped by Cohen's Optical while walking through the mall and honestly I highly regret it. They have tons of big signs claiming to have designer frames and amazing deals, but its completely false advertising. They don't do the Cohen's name justice and I would not recommend them if you want the latest styles.

These people literally saved my life. I was traveling between states when my glasses flew out the window of my car and got crushed by the car behind me. I don't have health insurance or a second pair and I immediately began panicking. The eye glass store right next to them told me they could not help me and their eye exam was 80 dollars just for me to get my prescription. I approached the staff at Cohen's, informed them of my situation and they all immediately began brainstorming on how to get me a pair of glasses then and there, going as far as calling other stores to help me. I paid 59 dollars for my exam and walked out with glasses 20 minutes later after I purchased frames. To say I would have been absolutely hopeless without them is an understatement. They went above and beyond for me, a total stranger who was just passing through. I will always be grateful for their help, they saved my entire trip in a matter of an hour. The entire staff deserves a raise, they are amazing, kind and compassionate people and I would have been lost without their help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
