i have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Weiss since 2014. He performed cataract surgery on my right eye. The surgery was a great success and I still see 20/20 today, 9-years later with no change in prescription. Dr. Weiss and his entire team are professional, warm and wonderful to me.

I received such a thorough exam from beginning to end with Dr Chen and Stephanie. Even the scheduler was extremely organized and professional. Dr Chen answered all my questions and put me at ease for my upcoming cataract surgeries.

I had a 415 appointment today and at 5 pm no one called or gave me the courtesy to tell me they were running behind. I'm very angry. I was waiting for Dr Kupferbert just to have my pressure checked because I have glaucoma. People who came after me went in. I am really pissed. Just venting. I rescheduled the appointment after 45 minutes and when the doctor took somone before me. I had it. I didn't make a scene in the office. It was the West Nyack office.

I love Dr. Leen but one of receptionist(who sits right corner from outside view) is so rude & arrogant. Every time I went there she yelled at me if I ask something more thane one time. I don't understand how she can still working in there with such a terrible manner. I love all staffs except her. She yelled at me last year & this year again. Horrible experience.

Rockland Eye Physicians have no respect for patients' time. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm. It's 3:11 pm, and I have yet to see the doctor. This is the third time I have been here, and it's always the same long wait. This appointment was made a week ago. It's not like they squeezed me in. As soon as I get this issue with my eye resolved, I will NEVER come back here. My time is just as important as yours. What makes you think it's okay to make patients wait over an hour for a follow up appointment? Maybe you need to stop scheduling so many patients in a day. Waiting for over an hour for anyone is not okay.

Awesome staff! Everyone was professional and caring. I would recommend Rockland eye physicians. Both eyes have been done for cataracts. I received great care. Dr. Chen and Dr. Weiss are awesome! Thank you so very much!

I've been having issues with my eyes when and when I am not wearing my contacts. I had called earlier this summer for an appointment that was pushed to November. Ive been receiving confirmation phone calls and text since last week. Yesterday afternoon again I get a call on my house phone to confirm as well as a text and one this morning from two different numbers. I walked in today for my appointment, after I paid for transportation, for the receptionist to tell me my doctor is out sick and that they have no control over there automated systems but yet I received no call on my cell or land line about these changes. To make matters worst the next availability is not until January. If I had called to cancel or showed up last minute I would have been charged on time. I still decided to wait to see if I can at least see the contact specialist, as I'm looking for my new insurance information because now it's also renewal time, I over hear the receptionists discussing me and my situation. Been going here for years and I am fed up with the lack of professionalism.

Dr. Weiss and his staff were professional, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I have every confidence that I am in the right hands as I go forward with my treatment.
