Stay away from the Westbury location. Staff is clueless. Last visit I was here over 3 hours. They are a mess. My recent visit I got here 15 minutes early (1:45) when I asked the girl at the front desk what was going on at 3:00 She took my chart an changed my appointment time to 2 o'clock right in front of me and said ok they will be with you shortly she would not let me know the time that was on the chart which was probably after 3:00 so they kept me waiting and waiting and waiting. I will no longer go to this location again.

The office workers were courteous and efficient, and the place was very clean. The wait between the testing and actually seeing the doctor was a bit long, but the doctor was excellent. This is a well run office< and they have early hours which is the best.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but I wasn't able to see the doctor until well past 4:00 PM. The wait was excessively long, and there was little to no explanation or apology for the delay, which made the experience frustrating. After the consultation, when I tried to schedule my next appointment, the staff member who assisted me was quite unhelpful and unfriendly. While I understand the staff may be busy, basic courtesy and clear communication are important.
