Dr. Barbazetto and her staff were all warm, efficient, and respectful. Dr. Barbazetto provided an excellent followup service - she was gentle, thorough, and answered my questions clearly and fully. My experience with them was excellent (truly 5 star). The (very) long wait and the excessive doctor/patient ratio I found difficult and disrespectful of both patients and staff, leading to a lower "star" rating.

The office is so organized. Within 5 minutes after checking in I as called in. I had to go thru several testing, photos & scans before seeing the doctor. Each one, I saw a different team member. They were professional, courteous & really took their time taking care of my needs. When I was done I saw Dr. Engelbert. He really is a wonderful Doctor, he is so thorough. Answered all my questions & concerns. I never felt rushed. If I'm the future I do need surgery, I have 1000% confidence I would be ion good hands, with a successful outcome. Thanks You

I returned for my annual eye- health examination and was as. Impressed as I was last year. I had a thorough exam and a meeting with the Dr. to review the findings. I felt good about the visit and the thorough treatment I received. I fully recommend this practice and Dr. Klanchnik specifically.

While the doctor and medical staff were outstanding, the front desk and people supposed to support her were not, which caused me to spend an extra hour there. After waiting for 35 minutes past the appointed time, I asked the front desk why. She said the billing department was working with the office of my primary doctor to get digital referral. She explained that my primary doctor had provided a paper referral the previous week but a digital one was needed before I was allowed to see the doctor. She assured me it would be done in few minutes and I didn't need to do anything. After waiting for more than a few minutes with nothing happening, I called my primary doctor's office and found it was closed for the day. Just then the front desk started to let me see the doctor.
The delay should have been avoided. In the previous week I called to make sure they got everything necessary from my primary doctor. They said the compliance people were working on it and would call me that day if they needed anything. They never called.

A great place to get eye care! All the staff members (from the receptionists to the doctors themselves) are incredibly polite, warm, and helpful. It felt like every patient was legitimately cared for and valued.
Dr. Klancnik is very friendly and thorough, explaining charts and results and providing insights into my eye health that I really wanted to know about. Definitely recommend.
