All staff are warm and friendly and very professional! They were very much on time. And I only waited a few minutes between the various tests that were done. Dr. Bohm was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what I had to say and understood my issues. She recommended some medications and said there are other things she could do if this didn't work. I am very happy I went to see her.

Comfortable spacious waiting area, friendly staff at the service desk, and friendly and competent techs who navigate you from room to room as they run the various machine-tests. Especially appreciate the retinal specialist/doctor who spoke honestly and frankly, with expertise about my condition, taking the time I needed to help me fully understand my situation.
Why 4 stars instead of 5? LONG wait times (1.5 hours first visit, a bit less 2nd visit). Probably to be expected since they are thorough and generous with their time once you're with them. But nobody likes long wait times really, right?!
1_1_2026 update: changed to 3-stars after learning this practice doesn't actually do procedures on macular puckers and would only refer me to others who do.
I think the only other improvement I'd really love to see is having the doctor, or a follow-up team, be proactive in helping to find answers and solutions to questions which may not be their norm. I don't love recent trends that patients have to do their own research to explore and find new options for their care when the profession says "we can't do anything to help your situation."

I was able to see and be treated by Dr Forgash some years ago until this day my eyesight is even better than it was when I went to see him. I had developed what's called to make of their hole and this day. It's also healed. He's a great surgeon. You can't beat somebody like this and everybody in the office was incredibly professional kind And qualified to the highest degree.
