Hands down the best eye doctor and optician experience I have encountered in WNY. Dr Matt Myers and Jonathan were top notch, providing unmatched attention and explanation. The reception staff is equally friendly. Highly recommend based on my inititial visit.

Incredible staff. We had a hard time finding somewhere that would accept our son's insurance, and were so glad to find Council! Everyone was friendly and efficient, and we were able to use a script from his ophthalmologist instead of needing to repeat the exam. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Williamsville and needed to get an eye exam because it's been a while since the last exam. I came in after work and the receptionist at front was very nice. She greeted me and welcome me as a new patient. Got an eye exam appointment a few minutes later. The woman that helped me pick out glasses was awesome and she walk with me to try to find the best fit. Dr. Myers was very helpful in getting my new contacts fitted and made sure I was happy with the right prescription. Going back in a few weeks to order my contacts and will definitely come to this place for my annual eye exam! Awesome and very nice staff. Highly recommend for new patient.

Everybody there is VERY NICE and friendly. They are also very patient and informative. They make sure to let me know what forms, if any, they need every time I come in. They also make sure to send cards in the mail, and call, to nicely remind us (my whole family goes there) of any appointments we have coming up. I've been going there since I got my first ever pair of glasses at age 6, and I still go there, even now when I'm an adult! They also have such a wide variety or bright, vibrant, beautifully colored frames to choose from, that can so easily be afforded! The opticians are also especially kind, aside from being able to give me recommendations upon request. Overall, 200% satisfied!

Always have a great experience at Council Eye Care. Both doctors I've seen were kind and caring and all of the staff are excellent and knowledgeable. I also love that they always suggest rebates and offers on products to help me save money. Highly recommend.

My second visit to the best eye care center in WNY was just as pleasant as the first! The entire staff provides excellent customer service with no wait time whatsoever. First of all, Dr Myers was patient and informative (I suggest getting the high tech photograph test), then Robin's savvy fashion sense tailored to the individual helped me select just the right Chanel frames. Most impressive was Therese's patience, kindness and bubbly personality while meticulously fitting me for the new glasses, as well as adjusting and cleaning the two pair which I purchased from them last year. Jonathan was terrific (once again) when lenses came in. Highly recommend!

Dr Myers and his staff are incredibly helpful. Scheduling is always easy and convenient, I never have to wait, all of my questions are answered and they have a great selection of glasses! Glasses and contacts are expensive but the service here is excellent from start to finish.

I absolutely love Dr. Meyers. He is always so pleasant when I come in for my yearly contact exam. He takes the time to talk to me not just as a patient but about life in general. My contacts are always in stock. And my solution is always free! Ashley is super friendly when cashing out too! Very knowledgeable and an infectious smile. Thanks for taking care of my blind eyes guys!
