Friendly and efficient reception, wonderful caring attention from Dr. Seider. She took time to answer all questions and concerns. She even stopped by the optical dept., where I was picking out glasses, on her way to lunch to make sure I was satisfied. Great service at optical dept. also. I felt a genuine caring experience from the time I entered the door until I exited the building.

Appt was for 12:30. Arrived at 1215. Was taken back for questioning and eye check. Was put in a different room and waited. And waited. Was an hour later and I asked when I would be seen. The nurse-ish lady came back and told me I was 5th in line to see the doctor. Then why make an appt?! She said that some peoples appts take longer than others. Then don't make so many appts or handle more difficult cases on a certain day! I walked out at 1:45. Honestly, they thought I going to sit there for hours more waiting to see him?

I had the worst experience at this office. My appointment was at 11 for a procedure. I Arrived at 10:40, literally waited for 2 hours in the waiting room before I was roomed. After inquiring how much longer do I have to wait. After I was taken to the back I waited another 30 minutes. The doctor finally comes in and states she was going to refer me to another doctor because he didn't think he could do it. After I was told at my 2 previous consultations that I was good for the procedure. I would take my damn Dog here yet another day of work I had to miss.

This was the very best eye exam I have EVER had. Staff was polite and super friendly. I was in and out in 25 minutes from start to finish. I love that they do not have the air puffer as part of the exam! They are not pushy with purchasing glasses at all. I was very happy and will be making appointments with my kids!!
