So glad I found Dr. Mary and Al! I have been going here for the past 4 years after having a not-great experience with Warby Parker. I wanted to find a place that would take the time and care to get to know me and my eyes, and I found that at Eyespecs Vision Care. Dr. Mary is very thorough with her eye exams and offers great advice and options, and Al is always there with a smile and patiently answers my insurance questions. I always order my contact lenses and glasses through them, and they also have a very fashionable selection of frames in both of their locations. Super responsive and communicative, as well as very nice people, I can't recommend this place enough.

So this morning my screw fell out of my glasses and then I had to go to the office and get it fixed by Mary at first she was very nice and considerate and I appreciated that but then on my way to the house I realized that I had forgotten to ask her if my glasses were scratched so then I had given her a call and asked her if she had took a close look to see if my glasses were scratched and if there's anything she could do about it and then she rudely said "it doesn't matter we can't fix it" Mary was very dismissive and rude about it and I wasn't expecting that I thought she was a lovely lady at first but then I was wrong. I will have to find a new eye doctor somewhere and besides this office doesn't take my insurance so that's ok, however Al is very understanding and nice and also he has patiently given his time to help me solve this issue with my glasses
