Really just the best experience for my 8 year old daughter, and 2 year old son. They needed a corrective surgery that required small cuts on the outside of their eyes, both kids, both eyes! To say I was a nervous wreck because it was their first time under anesthesia and first surgery ever is an understatement. Dr. Bartiss and his team were excellent, updates before, during, after, and even today when I had questions I immediately got the help I needed by calling the office. Dr. Bartiss called himself yesterday evening(surgery day) to make sure the kids were doing good. I would highly recommend Dr. Bartiss! Anything eye related we need in the future will most definitely go through him. He put my daughter at ease she is 8 so that is no small task, and handled everything with so much care and patience never rushing questions, or care. Thank you for your responsive, and kind office team, and thank you for your wonderful work, and care towards my children Dr. Bartiss.

The ladies in the office are always wonderful. Very sweet and kind to my son. Dr. Bartiss isn't the same experience. He has moved my son's hands and legs in ways that made it seem like he was physically aggravated and didn't want to be there. Like, his movement of my son was almost aggressive. Very agitated. My 3 year old was happy when I said we didn't have to go back. When I pushed back on questions he seemed standoffish and not really willing to discuss other options outside of what he says. I never looked forward to the appointments and had other opinions from other doctors contradict what he would say. If it wasn't for the urgent worry over our son's eyes we would've waited the many months for the kitner eye center. They helped our oldest and seemed truly concerned with her.

Very professional and friendly service. They take great care of my kids. Amazing play areas for the kids with a Lego table, movies and good wifi, just ask one of the wonderful people at the front desk for the password. The exam rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a big comfy couch and movies playing to keep you entertained. Everything is clean and smells so nice.

For some reason I couldn't change to my account to do my review but Dr. Bartiss went above and beyond, from day one, to take care of my 9yr old daughter Hannah! He was so thorough with my husband and I about her eye and also gave us preventative recommendations. Everyone in his office was so welcoming. I felt even better during surgery today. Everyone at Pinehurst Surgery Center was welcoming also and the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and most definitely, Dr. Bartiss, took great care of our baby. He even called and checked on her tonight. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks Dr. Bartiss and everyone who worked with Hannah. You guys definitely made our trip from SC pleasant.

Dr Bartiss and his team has been working with my daughter since she was 4mths old. I really enjoy them and the care that we have received these pass couple years. Alexandria is now 13 and has developed some more issues with her eyes. Dr Bartiss and Mrs Tenille gave me the resources and things that I needed to help my daughter. For that I say Thank You.

Our grandchildren have been going to see Dr Bartiss for years . Very nice man and knows what he is talking about. He saved my granddaughters eyes . Thank you Dr Bartiss!
