Filled out paperwork the day before my appointment on My Chart but they didn't get it. Signed in on kiosk upon arrival for appointment, paid my co pay and was given my receipt, waited to be called to see doctor but 50 minutes went by and no one called. So I inquired about why doctor was running so late. I was told my kiosk sign-in didn't go through so my appointment was dropped as a no show. My time is as valuable as anyone else. I was finally seen but my day felt like it was wasted. Very very hard to get appointments there. I've been a patient there for more than 40 years but I feel like they couldn't care less, that has no meaning to them. Don't feel good about that visit.
I was seen In this office in October of 2025 for a hearing aid fitting. The Audiologist was great and very helpful. I then received a statement a couple weeks later showing I owed a large balance. I have called the business office 4 times now. I was told by 3 reps they did not know what the specific charge was I was inquiring about. I finally ask for a manager and after speaking with her she explains it is a write off from the insurance company. Although, my EOB shows a totally different amount. I will be contacting the fraud department with my insurance company. This billing office is a ridiculous joke. The sad part is, if I were someone who didn't understand this, I would probably just pay the bill. That is what they want you to do. This is how people get ripped off.
Dr. Vos is great! My wife called yesterday and got an appointment for today, December30, 2025. Dr. Vos is very knowledgeable (review her credentials and you, too, will be impressed), nice and explains the situation extremely well. My wife had been having a problem for 6 to 8 months that Dr. Vos was able to diagnose, treat and RESOLVE on her first visit. My wife and I are retired medical professionals (PA and RN) with more than 80 years combined medical experience. I am happy to say we have a new ENT specialist! All the staff were friendly.
Dr. Vos is awesome! She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She performed a septoplasty on my nose and I couldn't be happier. She did a magnificent job with the surgery and I'm able to breathe so much better now. The staff is friendly and my appointments were always on time. Thank you so much for the great experience and for improving my quality of life!
Dr Tebbit was great! He called out some issues my Son had been going through with his ear that other doctors failed to acknowledge. He seem very knowledgeable about my Son's ear. I look forward to my next follow up with him to discuss our next plan to fully heal my Son's ear.
I had a great first visit with her. I was having nose bleeds for 7 days straight. She listened to me way I told her what I was going through and she didn't look at me like there were people in my head rent free. She tried several things even though my nose took a day off from bleeding, you know how it is when you get a chance to see someone all your symptoms are gone, will she tried several things. And didn't just tell me to use Afrin nasal spray like I didn't already tried that.
This was my second visit for viewing my paralyzed vocal cord. Dr. Tibbet is significantly qualified, as is evident by the outstanding honors depicted on his walls. He and his nurse respectfully listened to my desire for a thorough explanation and prognosis for my condition, rather than just "Your vocal cord is paralyzed. There is a chance it will heal within a year, but there is nothing you can do." That's all I've had for the last 5.5 months. I communicated my fear and void of moral support. His compassion was evident and immediate. Perhaps I missed it during my earlier March appointment due to my own shock. I am vastly reversed on my previous perspective. This is an encouragement to ask more, share your fear/concern, thereby giving the doctor a chance to remember what it's like being on the opposite side of a verdict/prognosis. These doctors got into their specialty fields because of their passion to help. There's no way they entered the medical field because of vacation time. In today's practices they are run ragged. I'm encouraging us all to seek answers from our specialists, rather than judge them for not being mind readers. My second experience far surpassed my first thanks to the human experience of communication.
Everyone in that office get up out of there chair and help. My car was block in my a suv. I just came back to ask the person to let me out I could not get in. The young man on the othe side of the counter. Said if you allow me I will get your car out. No one in the Doctors office has ever said anything but have a set we will fine them. I walk with a cane and its hard to get around. Earlie in the morning they are happy smiling waiting on people with a smile. I love this office. And I hate going to the Doctors. Wouldn't you know my doctor fix my problem I will see her next year. Great office full of kind loving people.
