I am very pleased with Complete Eye Care. Everyone was very nice and understanding.
I chose Dr Lee. She is the epitome of both professionalism and kindness. They have a device that provides a "map" of your retina. It is very detailed, and Dr Lee walked me through everything I needed to know. You can view your optic nerve, blood vessels, even the masses responsible for "floaters". Simply amazing.
Then I was taken to the Optical department to select my glasses. These ladies were so helpful.
They caught things that they ,thought were a little distracting. After they were finished, I had a very nice looking pair of glasses. I asked for their opinions so don't think they were just making unsolicited remarks. I actually had a good time...start to finish.

I had stopped in several weeks ago to have assistance with fixing my glasses. Despite not being a patient, they assisted me, and went a step above what I'd anticipated. The staff was also so friendly, that I decided to make my annual appointment with Dr. Marcussen. She was amazing. The staff spends as much time as needed to ensure that their patients are taken care of, the right eyewear is selected, and the best promotions they can offer. Amy at the front desk and Brittany were both incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend switching to this practice!

The doctors are great but the charges are ridiculous. Even though they are in network in my insurance, my cost for an eye exam and progressive lenses was $370. I bought no frames and had no special lens coatings. The bill has so many items it is hard to decipher. I've gone there for years but last time was it for me.
