Always have loved this place. Great doctors, great employees. I love that on this occasion particularly they asked if I wanted a copy of my eyeglasses prescription, which was so nice in case I wanted another pair online. Highly recommend!!! Dr. Henson and the new Dr. Emma are awesome.

Desiree is phenomenal! I loved her own personal frames, so she popped out the lenses and had me try them on right there! She ended up ordering the same frames for me! She is the epitome of what GREAT customer service is all about! Actually their whole team is great!

Excellent experience with Blue Ridge Vision from start to finish. From the initial phone call, to each staff member I interacted with, to the Dr appointment ( Dan Sullivan and Chad Henson- both excellent !) to examining my eyes, choosing new eyeglasses ( they've got fabulous frames to choose from) with Desiree , thru payment with their desk staff....smooth, easy, professional.

The folks at Blue Ridge Vision were able to see me within a day of calling. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and really efficient. We were able to schedule necessary follow up without difficult. Really glad I chose to see them.

I've now been to Blue Ridge Eyecare three separate times and left increasingly uncomfortable each visit. I felt pressured and judged for wanting to use Zenni for glasses, and on one occasion two opticians discouraged and prevented me from speaking directly with the doctor to ask questions about my prescription. I was also initially refused my PD measurement and had to return another day to obtain it. At this point, I believe my prescription may not be correct, yet I still have not been allowed to discuss it with the doctor. Patients should have full access to their own measurements and the ability to speak with their physician regardless of where they choose to purchase eyewear. This experience felt more like sales gatekeeping than patient-centered care. I'll be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

The staff and the doctors are above and beyond. State of the art equipment and very knowledgeable doctors. They actually listen to you and spend time explaining things to you. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Highly recommend this place if you need an eye exam, contacts, or glasses.

The team at Blue Ridge Vision has been caring for my needy eyes for many years. My most recent experience involved a very painful problem that required their squeezing me into their very busy schedule early in the morning. And just like magic, my problem was solved and my pain was alleviated. You cannot go wrong with this incredibly professional and caring group!
