I went to Wilmington Eye yesterday and it was a fantastic appointment. Everyone was such nice friendly knowledgeable helpful men and women. The exam was done at a speed to where you can actually choose which slide appears the clearest to you and not have to rush choosing. Dr. Smith was a delightful doctor. He was very informative in what he was looking at and he would point out what each thing he saw on his slide. I truly enjoyed him. His personality along with his knowledge on what he is doing made this an office that I want to continue using. I have even made next years appointment already. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone that I encountered during my visit there was fantastic!!! This is a five star business in my opinion! I have not been to Wilmington Eyes other offices but I'm assuming they are probably just a fantastic!!!

Just had an eye exam at Wilmington Eye in Burgaw. Donna, the receptionist was nothing but beyond lovely and helpful. And Gail Kelly, wow, what an amazing optometrist. This was a little bit of a drive for me and I'm so glad I did it because they were beyond accommodating, next level professional and really took such great care of me. Shannon ever so knowledgeable fit my new frames my. He was amazing as well. Just a GREAT team! This was such a great experience, truly. I'm so happy to have found them and Gail and the entire team over at Wilmington Eye in Burgaw. Make an appointment. See your life in color. They're fantastic.

New Burgaw office is very nice. It's much smaller than the one by the hospital in Wilmington. There are only 2 doctors (maybe only one there at a time, not sure), mostly same staff as at the large office. My appt took much less time than at the larger office, could be coincidental, but things did seem more calm, even though the office had quite a few patients present for appts. Also, glasses and an optician are available at this location.
