Vision Square Eye Care

IDK what happened. I apparently wrote down the wrong time and was 15 min late to my appointment and was skipped. I never received an email, text, or phone call as "modern offices" provide - gentle reminders to appointments and catching cancelations vs no shows. Oh well, still searching for a local optometrist. I would note, for an extremely busy office, their lobby was full of staff, just hanging out, enjoying smoothies, and chit-chatting. Happy Friday I guess.

I spent around $700 for one set of eyeglasses. They didn't seem right initially so I thought I'd get used to them. By the time I tried to return them twice I was past the allotted return window. I can't use them anymore the transition part is what's wrong, there is blurring at all distances. I'm using an old pair from 3 yrs ago that are better. I think I'll have to travel to Myrtle beach or Wilmington next time

My experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was a 10/10. Every member of staff was welcoming with a smile, I felt comfortable asking questions, and the doctor that I saw actually took time to educate me about my vision which has never been done for me before with another eye care professional. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the office. I'm glad I chose Vision Square Eyecare and I look forward to my next appointment!

Booked a year out is a joke!!!! Expand, hire more people !!!! Who the hell would wait a year if they have issues!?? Obsurd!!!

I have been going to Dr. Moshoures practice for over 15 years and I can not be more pleased. The attention they give is 100% focused on the patient. Courtney checked me in on my last visit and she was so thorough and personable and LISTENED to my answers to her questions. Dr. Cook was very thorough and took time to listen and explained what was going on. Caitlyn checked me out - after having my glasses repaired (and thoroughly cleaned). I left feeling like a person and not a number. They really do care about their patients. Thank you everyone at that office!!!

At a 10:45 a.m. appointment it is now 11:48 a.m. and no doctor yet. So next time I guess I can come an hour late and then I should be right on time...

The best! I went to Vision Square Eye Care for new glasses. They're the absolute best! Doctor was great, explained my Eye Health, what to watch for as I age, etc. I picked out a "Lacoste" frame and waited for them to have the prescription cut and the lenses installed. Received a call, my new glasses were ready. I came in for fitting and THEY'RE PERFECT! I could not have asked for a better lens and install. They fit, don't slip and the prescription is awesome! If you need Eye care or Eye wear and you want the best experience in the entire process then you have to go to vision Square Eye Care. Ps: They have multiple offices!

There is no need to go to any other eye care facility. This is the best choice, hands down. My car wouldn't start had to get to my appt I was so upset to call them about my problem. Tina at the front desk eased my mind offered to come get me or have her husband pick me up Dr Stephanie said come any time.that day ... customer service across the board was at the highest level I have experienced or heard of.. Ariel explaining what she was doing to the check out people all wore smiles were happy in their work. Being new to the area not knowing anyone I have great comfort in knowing these folks will watch after me!
