I just completed my second annual visit to Wilmington Eye-Carolina Shores. The staff there was absolutely wonderful and helpful in answering all of my questions. Dr Jill Greene was down to earth and explained in detail about my eye health. She was very thorough as was Ashley the technician who evaluated me. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this practice.

I was having some difficulty with my left eye seeing multiple black floaters and a drop of gelatin in the left peripheral. Wilmington eye in Carolina Shores was able to get me in to see Dr Green within a day. She and her assistant were very professional in analyzing what was going on. I was relieved there was no retinal issues or anything else too serious. However, I learned that often this can subside, but was sad to learn that this condition is more common with age. Darn!!

The office was able to work me in as a new patient when I called with an eye problem. Connie, Mackenzie and Ashley, from checking in to checking up on the problem were all very kind and professional. Dr. Greene is great! What a wonderful personality. She listened and then explained the issue thoroughly. hope to only go back for regular check-ups but I look forward to it.
I'd also like to add that the person I worked with in triage was also fantastic. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. But she kicked off the whole experience.

I can't say enough about the wonderful care and service I received. I woke up with an eye infection and having just moved to NC I had to find an eye doctor. I called Wilmington Eye at 1:30, received an appt at 1:50 and was home by 2:30. From the front desk staff to the triage nurse to the doctor everyone was pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this practice.
